A value-based telemedicine platform integrating Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) and Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) into routine hospital pharmacy care. NAVETA enables systematic, real-time monitoring of health-related quality of life across chronic conditions.
